Initial Apartment Portfolio
This portfolio is a very important component of the overall development strategy. The initial portfolio of 1,360 apartments will stabilize in the beginning of Q3 and will generate enough cash flow to consistently service the debt at a 5% vacancy rate. This allows Blueprint to continuously roll approximately $200 million (see cash flow model) in and out of the horizontal and vertical development of the Global Tech Center.
